​Winter Blanket
½ oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
1 c. hot coffee
½ oz. hazelnut creamer or vanilla almond milk
¼ oz. simple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cane sugar
Reddiwip

Valhalla Sour
2 oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
Put all ingredients into shaker.  Shake vigorously for approximately 10 seconds.  Open, add ice, reseal and shake briefly to chill.  Strain into glass filled with ice.

Murdered Mule
2 oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
½ c. ginger beer
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. Grenadine
Mix ingredients and serve over ice.

Jamie’s Heiniemeister
1 oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
Rootbeer
Glass of crushed ice
Mix ingredients in a glass and add ice.  Enjoy!

Dave’s Fjellbekk (Mountain Stream)

¾ oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
¾ oz. Vodka
1 oz. sweetened lime juice
Sprite or 7-up
Mix ingredients and serve over ice.

Thor’s Hammer
2 oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
¾ oz. simple syrup
8 fresh mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
3 lemon wedges
Muddle the mint and lemon in the syrup.  Add VPA and ice to the shaker.  Shake vigorously for a few seconds.  Double strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish.

Eric the Red
2 oz. Valhalla Premium Aquavit
Ginger ale
Mix ingredients in a glass and add ice.  Enjoy
